Aftermath of Person under train incidents-storage of bodies.
Following on from consultation on this matter, we attended a meeting on 12th Jan.
RMT Cuba Solidarity Campaign 10th Garden Party
In association with the Cuba Solidarity Campaign the 10th RMT annual garden party for Cuba will take place on Wednesday 20th June 2012 at Maritime House, Clapham, London, commencing 7.00pm.
Tickets are £15 each and this includes a free bar, buffet and music. As usual we will be joined by a number of distinguished guest speakers.
Save Our Railways - No to McNulty - Nationwide Campaigning Day of Action
As part of the ongoing campaign against the McNulty Report the union is organising a further campaigning day of action on Thursday 2nd February.
The intention is that we again distribute campaign postcards during the morning rush hour to passengers at stations throughout the country.
The last day of action proved very successful. We managed to reach fifty stations around the country with a very supportive response and passengers have returned a massive number of cards to their MPs.
RMT Annual General Meeting
The RMT Annual General Meeting is a week long event running from the 24th to 29th of June. This year it will be held in Torquay.

The RMT Retired Members’ Conference will be held on April 26th in London.
More details will be added as we receive them.
Station Staff & Associated Grades
The Station Staff & Associated Grades Conference will be held on 20th and 21st of April in Teignmouth.

Traincrew & Shunters Grades Conference
The Traincrew & Shunters Grades Conference will be held on the 29th to 31st of March in Doncaster.
