We may be interested in Grade Progression but not in this format.

The RMT made it clear at the last OMR meeting we did not think this was right for our members. The referendum has now made that clear.

This is the first time that Duty Managers have sent a clear message to management, that they will not be taken for granted and after putting so much into the company the payback was tools to be performance managed, pay frozen and pensions affected. The way through the pay bands would have been by using the PRP which is a pointless exercise.

Well done on sending this clear message. You now have an opportunity to take action with the other grades and stand up and be counted.

Vote YES – YES in the next ballot against the job cuts!
