Request for information from Stratford Branch in relation to report compiled by Brian Whitehead - by CAMDEN 3
Following the decisions of the EC of the LTRC on the 9th of October to allow Stratford Branch's three resolutions to go forward to the next meeting of the LTRC and also with reference to comments made by the Secretary of Stratford Branch at that meeting, this Region calls upon the Secretary of Stratford Branch to release copies of all correspondence that he had in relation to any requests that he made to outside bodies to be called in to formally investigate the allegations contained within a report compiled by Brian Whitehead, and in particular any requests that he formally made to the Police and the Government-run Certification Officer to intervene in this matter.

Furthermore, as these resolutions relate to matters that are 4 years old, the Secretary of Stratford Branch is also asked to explain why he has never formally raised any allegations relating to this Report with successive AGMs of the Union which is the correct procedure as set out within the Union's Rule Book.
