LOBBY OF THE FIRE AUTHORITY MONDAY 21 JANUARY 2013, 2.00pm

The London region of the Fire Brigades Union has called a lobby of the next Fire Authority meeting on Monday 21 January 2013 at 2.00pm at the London Fire Brigade headquarters at 169 Union Street, London SE1 0LL.

I will be addressing the rally and will bring a message of solidarity from RMT.

It is expected that Authority members will, at this meeting, formally table proposals to shut several London fire stations.

There will also be a march prior to the rally, although arrangements for that are still underway. I will keep you informed when further details are available.
