Disabled Workers’ Conference decisions
We considered how to best carry out the decisions of the TUC Disabled Workers’ Conference. We agreed that the most effective way to do this was by establishing working groups on various policy areas. Committee members volunteered to convene groups, and a circular will be sent out asking other Committee members to volunteer to join these groups.
RMT Reject Latest LU Pay Offer

Defend Mulu: RMT driver facing unfair disciplinary sanction

The attached newsletter explains precisely what happened, why the disciplinary is wrong and what the RMT is preparing to do to defend our member.
An RMT National Executive Committee decision is due imminently so an update will be ready soon.

NEC Equal Rights Sub-committee report to RMT Disabled Members' Advisory Committee, July 2019

Submitted by Admin on 11 July, 2019 - 03:26Tube union RMT today accused London Underground bosses of stringing staff along and playing fast and loose after an eighth day of pay talks yesterday failed to lever any king of meaningful offer out of the management side.
The union says it is both angry and frustrated at what it sees as blatant delaying tactics and is now stepping up preparations for a strike ballot across the tube network.
