All Transplant members balloted over bosses 'Transformation' cuts attack

SUBJECT: TFL TRANSFORMATION

That we note the report on file from the Lead Officer; that the company are steaming ahead trying to ride roughshod over our Transplant members with
Transformations job cuts.

The company has not only failed to consult the union properly; but have breached the Main Agreement which no union worth its salt would tolerate.

Therefore; we instruct the General Secretary to inform the company we are in dispute and ballot all our Transplant members for Strike Action and Action Short
of a Strike in the form of an overtime and rest day working ban.

We instruct the General Secretary to create a new file for these matters entitled: ‘Transplant Transformation’.

Members to be advised by email and text.

LU Fleet Branch and the London Transport Regional Council to be advised.
