Ballot to be arranged as tube bosses 'trash' service control agreements

Subject: BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, SERVICE CONTROL, OSBORNE HOUSE – LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note a meeting took place between the representatives and the Senior Assistant General Secretary; and that outstanding particulars of putting on a ballot for industrial action have been addressed through correspondence.

This union will not tolerate managers taking it upon themselves to trash agreed Machineries of Negotiations & Consultations or other agreements such as the Professional Service Control Agreement; and will defend them with all at our disposal.

Accordingly, we instruct the General Secretary to arrange a ballot for Industrial Action in the form of a Strike without delay.
