What is a National Executive Committee decision?

The result for strike action is as follows:-

Total votes cast 58 (53.7 %)
Number voting “Yes” 46 (79.3%)

STRIKE ACTION
We instruct all affected members to take strike action from 00:01 to 23:59 on both Wednesday 6th June 2018 and 00:01 to 23:59 on Thursday 14th June 2018.
Members to be advised by email and text.
Neasden and Jubilee Line South Branches and the London Transport Regional Council to be advised.
