Passenger Attacked At Unstaffed West Finchley Station

A customer was assaulted whilst West Finchley Station was left unstaffed on Sunday evening. It took nearly a quater of an hour for British transport Police to arrive on the scene. This incident follows the release of LUL documents revealing that nearly a third of stations could at times be unstaffed.

A customer was assaulted whilst West Finchley Station was left unstaffed on Sunday evening. Passengers tried to get assistance for the victim who was kicked and beaten by four men, but were unable to get help as the station was unstaffed.

It took nearly a quater of an hour for British transport Police to arrive on the scene.

The Evening Standard reports that "The attack brought immediate demands for employee cuts to be halted and stations to be staffed all the time trains are running."
