That we note that our previous decision of 15 June agreed to accept the pay offer from Tube Lines for former Alstom staff at Stratford Market depot, subject to the company accepting our Regional Organiser’s proposed amendments to the wording of the offer.
We note that the employer has now agreed to these amendments, and we therefore accept the offer. We note that this is a two-year pay offer of 5.6% in Year 1 and RPI+0.5% (minimum 0.5%) in Year 2, with agreement to set up a joint working party on harmonisation of terms, conditions and pay.
