PENSIONS AND PASSES – TUBE LINES
I refer to my previous Circular NP/002/14, 9th January 2014, as you will recall the RMT has been having a long running dispute with LUL in respect of former employees of Tube Lines being refused the same pension and travel rights as other LUL workers.

Today myself and senior RMT reps from all LUL grades attended exploratory talks at ACAS to discuss the above matter. All the unions made the same point that LUL must abandon its reckless decision to break our current arrangements , and that the management must agree to negotiate changes.
RMT responds to TFL announcement of record passenger numbers
General Secretary Mick Cash said: "These figures are no surprise. Anyone who uses transport services in London will know full well that they are at breaking point and frequently dangerously overcowded as our creaking infrastructure struggles to cope.

The following resolution was received from our London Underground Fleet Branch:-
“This Branch calls on all RMT Ruislip Depot Tube Lines Night Transplant Drivers to be balloted for strike action and action short of a strike, to defend our members’ rights and to fight back against the imposition of compulsory overtime.
