Dear members,
Today I met LUL with senior stations reps to discuss the above. We all know that we have been in months of talks, there have been strikes and the proposal Fit for Future: Stations has been linked to all members pay for 2015 and beyond.
We note the report on file from the Lead Officer and we instruct the General Secretary to instruct our Station Grades members to carry out an overtime ban from 05:30 hours on Sunday 3rd January 2016 until further notice. And to refuse (from the date of this decision) to sign any contract or letter regarding working hours or agreements ( with the exception of members on Fixed Term Contracts who should sign permanent contract) We resolve to take the struggle for every job matters into the new year until our just demands on pay and conditions are met.

General Secretary Mick Cash said; "For a second day of this dispute on Docklands Light Railway RMT members remain united, determined and rock solid in their industrial action.
"RMT members have made it crystal clear that they will not be bullied into accepting changes that undermine both their jobs and operational safety.
Strike action on the Docklands Light Railway has been rock solid today. The action made headlines across the UK as RMT members fight a range of serious unresolved issues that are wrecking industrial relations.
The Docklands Light Railway was all but shut down this morning as RMT members began 48 hours of strike action. Workers on the DLR are taking action over a number of issues including misuse of agency workers, attempts at undermining workers with casualisation, a creeping culture of bullying and intimidation of staff and the breach of agreements.

Further to my previous Circular (IR/256/15, 22nd October 2015), and following the magnificent ballot result in favour of taking industrial action, the General Grades Committee has considered this matter and taken the decision to instruct all Docklands Light Railway members NOT TO BOOK ON FOR SHIFTS THAT COMMENCE BETWEEN:-
RAIL UNION RMT said today that staff across all grades on Keolis Amey Docklands Light Railway will strike for 48 hours next week in a dispute over a range of serious unresolved issues that are wrecking industrial relations.
The announcement of action comes after talks failed to make any serious progress following the confirmation of a massive 92% vote to strike by RMT members last week.
