INTEGRATION OF FORMER TUBE LINES MACHINERY OF NEGOTIATION INTO LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/20/1)

London Underground have been seeking the integration of the former Tube Lines Machinery of Negotiation following the company's creation of the Asset Performance & Capital Delivery Directorate in April 2021. In November LUL gave notice of withdrawal from the Tube Lines General Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Your National Executive Committee has considered the matter and noted that the unilateral withdrawal from the Collective Bargaining Agreement is unwarranted. I have been instructed to seek a meeting between the lead officer and LUL, accordingly I have written to LUL.
