TRANSPLANT TRANSFORMATION - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/15/4)

As Branches will be aware, TfL/LUL is undertaking a Transformation Process and Transplant members are now also at risk of job cuts. The Lead Officer has submitted a report advising that the Company are bulldozing through these unacceptable plans and have failed to consult RMT properly as well as breaching the Main Agreement.

The National Executive Committee has therefore taken the decision to inform the Company that a dispute exists between us over this issue and to ballot all Transplant members for strike action and action short of a strike. I am currently making preparations to act in accordance with this decision and will keep Branches advised of all further developments.
