Urgent meeting called over Harvinder Billing wrongful dismissal

Subject: DISMISSAL, HARVINDER BILLING, CSA2, HEATHROW – LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note the resolution from Piccadilly & District West Branch regarding the dismissal by the company of Bro Harvinder for allegedly not carrying out procedure
around ticket office accounting, when he has never been trained in the procedure as no training exists for CSA2s.

To find the way forward in relation to the wrongful dismissal of Bro Harvinder we instruct the General Secretary to arrange an urgent reps meeting of all Piccadilly Line
IR representatives with the Lead Officer, Senior Assistant General Secretary and NEC in attendance.

Members to be advised by email & text.

Piccadilly & District West, Finsbury Park Branches and the London Transport RegionalCouncil to be advised.
