RMT General Grades Committee decision:
We note the correspondence from London Underground Ltd. We instruct the General Secretary to obtain an up-to-date report on the situation with this dispute, with a view to issuing a circular, and information to members, as soon as practical.
London Transport Regional Council and branches with London Underground members to be advised.

We note the report from our Regional Organiser and having consulted with our workplace representatives, we note that this issue is now closed.

The Traincrew & Shunters Grades Conference will be held on the 29th to 31st of March in Doncaster.
More details will be added as we receive them.
The next Train Grades Committee meeting will be held at Unity House on Thursday 26th of January at 1430.

The RMT have published a video explaining why the RMT is the best union for London Underground train drivers.

The Bakerloo Branch has commissioned this badge to commemorate our campaigns for JUSTICE last year. The badges will be ready and distributed to members across the combine in a few weeks.
Members are aware that the image of Arwyn and Eamonn is iconic and symbolises the victimisation disputes last year. Off the back of that campaign about another 10 members jobs across the combine were saved as LU backed off. As the badge says "solidarity wins!"
At the first staff side meeting of the Trains Functional Council in 2012 ASLEF reps signalled they will be carrying on as normal.
